Dual Stream Uncompressed D1 Video in Real Time The Matrox® DigiSuite® boardset is a powerful digital media platform designed to meet the most demanding requirements of broadcast and post-production professionals for realtime nonlinear editing, digital compositing, paint, titling, 3D animation recording, and audio sweetening.
DigiSuite features two streams of uncompressed-quality D1 video with a host of realtime effects, transitions, DVE, and keying capabilities that you can combine in exciting and creative ways. In addition to its uncompressed-quality mode, DigiSuite also gives you the highest M-JPEG data rates on the market, ultra high-speed 32-bit animated graphics, perfect 48 KHz audio sync, seamless software integration, and easy NT networkability to ensure ultimate performance from the industry's leading digital media creation applications.
Uncompressed-Quality Video
- uncompressed-quality mode uses mathematically lossless encoding, a.k.a."data compaction", to give you 100% uncompressed video quality
- similar to WinZip, you maintain bit-for-bit data integrity with the added advantages of about half the cost for storage and half the file transfer time over a network
- compressed data rates from preview to more than 15 MB/sec per stream (30 MB/sec combined) are also supported to give you maximum flexibility
