HDV 3M PIXEL COMPACT CMOS CAMCORDER HVRA1P
Sony has now expanded the HDV line-up by introducing the HVRA1P.
The new HVRA1P is a extremely compact and
lightweight camcorder, ideal for applications where space
is at a premium or extreme mobility is required.
The picture quality and basic functions of the HVRA1P
compliments the HVRZ1P.Combined with newly developed 1/3-inch
type 3 mega pixels primary colour single CMOS sensor, which Sony
developed uniquely alongside newly developed image processing IC
(EIP-Enhanced Imaging Prosser) technology has allowed the
HVRA1P to become the smallest professional HD camcorder, but
still realise high quality pictures for the professionals.
In addition to HDV 1080i recording and playback, this
camcorder offers the DVCAM/DV recording and playback
capabilities that are provided on current Sony DVCAM models. A
down-conversion capability of its 1080i recordings is also
provided for flexible choice of production systems in HDV, DVCAM,
or DV formats.
For the serious professional the HVRA1P incorporates features such
as XLR audio inputs, time code capability and 2-channel
independent audio record level control.
